Zoldo Alto Vacation Packages

We only stayed a few nights and so didn't use the pool. However, the room (deluxe double) was very clean and had a balcony overlooking the lake, with the most splendid view. It was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast was great and as we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary we had an amazing evening meal, the owner served us and she made it extra special....thank you! I shall always remember it.

This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day. The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

A comfortable, boutique hotel.

This is not a 4-star hotel, this is a remodeled hostel. The towels are paper thin to the point of having holes in them (yes, two of my towels had literal holes in them). Water pressure and shower in general is poor. House keeping doesn’t come daily without you asking, did not know that. Stayed for 3 days and they never came. The closet is microscopic. You can hang 3 items and you won’t even have space to sort them out and look at them. No shoe storing space, no drawers. Bathroom mirror is so tall on the wall that unless you’re a giant, you will be putting your makeup on on your tippy toes. Staff is rude except for ONE of them who is a delight. Asked 3 times for an invitation that had been delivered to the lobby under my name, the girl was annoyed and rude and said she didn’t receive anything. Later in the evening after a staff change, the nice girl hands me the invitation and says she received it a “few days ago and was holding it for me”. !? Why don’t they communicate between each other and why are they hoarding important packages for days? I cannot believe I wasted my money here.
